PAYMENT POLICY
- A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in Winter and 30 days prior to arrival in Summer.
- During Winter, cancellations within 45-60 days will be charged 25% of rental. Within 45 days or less, 100%. During Summer, within 15-30 days will be charged 25% of rental; 15 days or less, 100%. "No shows" will be charged 100% of rental during both winter and summer.
