Settlers Beach pool area is set within the central part of the garden and is fully surrounded with lush vegetation, creating a private and peaceful setting. The pool is a medium size freshwater pool with an elegantly tiled pool deck. The pool deck is furnished with tasteful and comfortable seating and is set out to cater for those who wish to take in every ray of sun and for those who wish to sit in a cool spot.
Swimming lessons can be booked prior to arrival and/or when you arrive. The swimming lessons are facilitated by Mr. Aubrey Corbin. Aubrey is a qualified swimming instructor with a wealth of international and national experience in coaching. He has a wonderful disposition and makes learning fun.

TV Lounge: 7.30am - 11.30pm
Fully Air-Conditioned Lounge with comfortable Caribbean furnishings. The lounge is equipped with a Computer for your convenience with full internet access. The TV is connected up to our local network Multichoice which offers a select of channels including BBC, CNN, Sports, Movies & Children’s channels. If you are in the mood for a little reading there is a selection of magezines and local reading material. Children under 12years should be supervised.
Garden
The property boasts 3 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. The property offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere for all ages. You will feel truly in the Caribbean when the local hummingbirds and yellow breast flutter by or have the opportunity to site a local family of monkey’s passing through.

Offsite Facilities
Tennis - Sugar Hill Resort
Sugar Hill is located 5 minutes by taxi from the hotel. Sugar Hill is situated on 50 acres of landscaped gardens with a magnificent club house facility that offers changing rooms and restaurant/bar. There are 4 Astroturf courts with night lighting, which are serviced daily with water and cups.
Settlers Beach will provide you with a complimentary membership card for the duration of your stay, which you must present upon arrival at Sugar Hill to give you free access to the courts and changing facilities. It is recommended that you book your courts before you go. The courts are open from 7.00am – 9.00pm, last booking at 8.00pm.
If you require balls or racquets these are available from the Sugar Hill Front Desk at a minimal charge.
Gym
We are able to offer you free use of an offsite gym, located 7 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
You will be required to register with front desk so that you can be issued with admittance cards. We will then notify the gym that you are coming so that one of their friendly staff can give you an overview of the gym and its services.
